Who else offers this rebate?

How can LiveEstate do this?
Easily. As estate agents, we charge vendors or developers a commission on properties that we sell. In Spain, the commission can be up to 10%. We simply share our commission by giving 25% of it to you as a thank you for doing business with us.
Does this increase the price?
Not at all. Our scheme will always reduce the amount you spend. Neither the developer (even if you go direct) nor another agent will offer you any kind of rebate. We guarantee to save you money.
What properties or developments does this apply to?
LiveEstate has working relationships with nearly all the developments on the Costa del Sol. We also have a constantly expanding database of resale properties and are confident that we can offer CRS on nearly every property or development.
When do I receive my rebate?
We will pay you a rebate once we receive our commission on the sale from the vendor or other agent.
What determines the size of the rebate?
Two factors determine the size of the rebate - the commission rate negotiated with the vendor and whether we are the sole agent or a sub-agent for the property. We will let you know the rebate percentage when we have all the necessary information prior to the sale of the property.
I have a property that you do not have on your website. Can you offer me the CRS anyway?
