How often will I hear from liveestate.com?
We will contact you by email or phone as you choose at the time of registration whenever we have property matching your criteria. If we do not have any property, we will update you at least once a week to keep you informed. |

How soon after registration will I receive property updates?
After you have registered, it only takes a few minutes for our live property system to send you property details to your email account you requested. |

How do I know the email updates will send me all property I may want?
At registration you can be as broad with your search as you wish. We suggest that you don't limit yourself too much on specific areas, because there may be properties just on the fringe of the location you have in mind. |

Is it more reliable to telephone you or to receive property email updates?
Because property updates are automated, you will hear about property when it goes live on our system. This is the most reliable way of ensuring you hear about properties that could be of interest to you. |

If I like the look of a property, how do I arrange to see it?
You can either request a viewing online (there is a link in all email and website property details). You can also use the call me facility in the website property details. Or you can telephone your property consultant as detailed in the email updates. |

When you register one of our property consultants is allocated to assist you. Their name and details will be confirmed in all property updates, and they are there to help you with any queries over the telephone or by email as you wish. |

Can I have more than one registration e.g. one for my work and home email?
Yes, you can have more than one registration, but only one registration per email address. |

Yes, you can receive details for any of the areas we cover across London under a single registration. |

Yes, you can use our email-a-friend facility on our website property details. |

What happens if there are no matching properties?
In the unlikely event that there are no properties matching your criteria, we'll update you weekly by email to let you know that this is the situation. We will only send you daily emails when we need to alert you to properties. |

How do I change, renew or delete my registration?
If you register online you will choose a username and password, which you then use to access and amend your details at our website. If you register over the telephone we allocate your password. If in doubt contact the office assisting you to amend your registration details. |

Do you send property details in the post?
Unless you specifically ask your property consultant to print and post you details of a particular property, we will not send you any property details in the post. |

What information will I need to provide at registration?
We will ask for your name, address, email and contact telephone numbers and what mailings you would like to receive from us. This is so that we can keep you updated with property details and service details. |

How many emails will I receive a day?
Once registered you will receive an email containing all the properties that currently match your criteria. Then as soon as we are instructed with a new property matching your criteria the system automatically sends you and email with details and a link back to our website for full details. If there are no properties matching your criteria we will not send you an update, but we will send you an email once a week to confirm that there were no properties matching your criteria. |

How do I register?
You can telephone the telephone number at our website or complete our online registration form. The process will take a few minutes, after which you will receive a property update by email. |
