What is an inspection trip?
An inspection weekend is a 2 day trip to Marbella to view properties and to become familiar with the area in which you are looking to purchase in. A professional from our team will arrange every last detail for you. You will be met by our representative at the airport who would take you to your accommodation in a local hotel.

We can arrange no-obligation, subsidised viewing trips that include flights and two nights accommodation for approximately £299 per couple*.

We are aware there are cheaper inspection tours available, but you do get what you pay for, and you will be delighted with the standard and high quality of the treatment you receive from LiveEstate.

Rest assured that all Hotels chosen for our clients have been inspected by our staff and are never lower than a 3-star standard. Also you will be shown properties in the comfort of an air-conditioned vehicle by one of our professionals.

We guarantee that you will not be placed under any pressure to make a decision, and will be given plenty of time to quietly assess the area.
